Dear John,
It was such a pleasure to meet you last week. We also enjoyed meeting your son John and some of his family. Thank you for taking the time to meet us. We want to express our appreciation to your staff. The sales area did such a great service to us. Both of us were quite helpful and Ed went out of his way to help. The ladies at the front desk provide such a friendly atmosphere and are so helpful, too. Many thanks also to the service personnel who helped get the coach ready, and Marg made the paperwork so easy for us. John, in summary, you have a fine organization and we are very happy to be a proud owner of our Born Free.
